How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over €150. Orders under €150 ship for a flat rate of €9.99.
Do you ship outside Germany?
Yes, we currently ship to Germany and Denmark.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments. Your card is charged immediately at checkout.
What currencies can I pay in?
Prices are shown in EUR. Customers checking out from Denmark can also pay in DKK.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund — no return required for opened/damaged items in this case.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item, exchanges are processed within 20 days. Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Do I still have the legal right to return within 14 days?
Yes — this is a statutory right under EU law, separate from and in addition to our 30-day policy.
Warranty
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes, all products are covered for manufacturing and material defects. Claims should be reported within 14 days of noticing the issue, with photos of the defect. German law also provides a mandatory 2-year statutory warranty on all consumer goods.
