2. Refund & Returns Policy

Return window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition for returns Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. We do not accept returns on items that are damaged, opened, or altered from their original shipped condition, except where the item arrived defective or damaged in transit (see below).

Damaged or defective items Contact support@wohnzayt.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you its free — this does not require the item to be unopened.

How to start a return Email support@wohnzayt.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item to our returns address:

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/Germany) As a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason (§ 355 BGB). Our 30-day return policy is offered in addition to, not instead of, this legal right.
