6. Terms of Service
1. About these Terms These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wohnzayt.com ("the Site") and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. About us Wohnzayt is operated as an individual/family business based at Jägerhofallee 66, Ludwigsburg, 71638, Germany. VAT ID: DE802607704. Contact: support@wohnzayt.com / 05281 940511. Wohnzayt is a registered business under German law.
3. Orders and contract formation Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract of sale is formed once we confirm your order by email (order confirmation), not at the moment of checkout itself.
4. Prices and payment All prices are listed in EUR (with DKK available at checkout for Danish customers) and include statutory German VAT, in accordance with our VAT registration (USt-IdNr. DE802607704).
5. Right of withdrawal Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Refund & Returns Policy, in addition to our extended 30-day return window.
6. Warranty See our Warranty & Replacement page. Your statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung) under German law are unaffected by anything on this page.
7. Limitation of liability We are liable for damages arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence without limitation. For ordinary negligence, we are only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten), and liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. This does not affect liability for injury to life, body, or health, or liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
8. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections you're entitled to under the mandatory law of your country of residence, if you live in another EU country.
